Judge Dougherty Brings a Tough and Welcomed Stance

The City of Philadelphia is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated and engaged Chief Judge for the Juvenile Court system. Judge Dougherty understands the big picture. Because of his approach he is helping innocent potential victims, as well as the young people who aren’t thinking about their own future. Judge Dougherty has our support and admiration.
